MyMEM fully supports Google Chrome 25+, Microsoft Edge 79+, and Safari 14.1+ on all platforms including Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Linux. Firefox and Opera have limited support - manual typing works, but voice dictation is unavailable due to lack of Web Speech API.

Can I export my notes?

Yes, MyMEM allows exporting notes to three formats: Excel (.xlsx) for spreadsheet processing, CSV as universal format for further processing, and JSON for developers and integrations with other systems.

🎯 How to Use MyMEM

Basic Workflow

Select Type - click one of the 4 category buttons (Phone, Meeting, Note, Task)
Set Priority - choose importance (High, Normal, Low)
Dictate Text - see variants below
Edit - edit text manually as needed
Save - click "Save" to archive to history

Editing Existing Notes

In history, click the ⬆️ button next to the note
The note loads into the editor with its type and priority
Make your edits
Click "Save" - the note will be updated

🎤 Voice Dictation Variants

VARIANT 1: "Start Recording" Button in App

Use the blue "Start Recording" button or keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Space.

Desktop (Windows/Mac): Recording runs continuously without time limit. You can pause as long as you want.
Android (Chrome/Edge): Works with 3-5 second timeout when pausing. If you stop speaking, recording automatically stops. Continue speaking or click the button again.
iOS (Safari): Unstable Web Speech API support, may not work.

VARIANT 2: Native Mobile Keyboard Dictation

On mobile devices, you can use the built-in operating system dictation:

Tap into the text field in the app
Mobile keyboard opens
Click the microphone icon 🎤 on the keyboard
Dictate text (Google/Apple dictation)
Text will be inserted into the field
